Tomo Ramen presents its first pop-up dining event, offering a focused and considered introduction to Japanese-inspired ramen.
Hosted in an intimate guesthouse setting, the evening centres around a short, set menu designed to showcase depth of flavour, careful preparation, and high-quality local ingredients. Broths are prepared slowly and finished to order, with attention given to balance, texture, and seasonality.
This inaugural pop-up marks the beginning of Tomo Ramen as a developing concept, and guests are invited to be part of its first chapter.

Devon Welcomes Its First Ever Ramen Pop-Up: Tomo Ramen
Food lovers in Devon are in for a treat as Tomo Ramen, the county’s first dedicated ramen pop-up, opens its doors at Three palms hotel for a limited run of evenings in feb.
Created by Chef Tomo, a top chef with an impressive culinary background including London’s prestigious le gavroche and The Savoy, Tomo Ramen brings the authentic flavors of Japan straight to Devon. Guests can expect rich, hearty broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and visually stunning dishes that celebrate both tradition and creativity.
“This is an exciting first for Devon,” says Tomo. “Ramen is so much more than just noodles – it’s a comforting, vibrant experience. I wanted to create a space where people can enjoy authentic Japanese flavors, crafted with the attention to detail you’d expect from fine dining.”
The pop-up will run for a handful of evenings, offering a carefully curated menu of signature ramen bowls and Japanese-inspired sides. Each dish is crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and served in a relaxed, Instagram-worthy setting.
Tomo Ramen also marks the first step in the creation of Tokyo Tomos, a new venture bringing Japanese food boxes to delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Just Eat, as well as wholesale opportunities, making Devon a little closer to the streets of Tokyo.
